Support Automatic Redirects for Incorrect Capitalization

Ideally, it would be possible to navigate to photos.idaho4h.com/state/stac and be redirected to photos.idaho4h.com/state/STAC automatically so that the appropriate page would load. This really should be present for all events (capitalization where appropriate, of course). This should be a relatively easy fix.
