Integrate Warning Notifications with ntfy.sh

If we support ntfy.sh we could easily provide notification means for instantaneous errors and alerts. We'll need some new configuration settings:

• ntfy_server_url
• ntfy_user_account
• ntfy_user_password
• ntfy_publication_topic
