Identical Image can be Uploaded Multiple Times

We need a way to prevent uploading the same image to a specific album a whole bunch of times. I think we should be able to determine if the photo is "identical" by making a few assumptions:

• If the photo has the same name as another photo in the same album

AND

• If the photo is the same size as the existing photo in the album

Then the photo is probably identical, and doesn't need to be uploaded again.
