Last Major Changes Before STAC

Joe Stanley requested to merge enhance-upload-speed into develop

These last changes should make the app automatically send an email to a hard-coded administrator when things fall off the rails. It also DRASTICALLY improves the upload speed, making the app do the Lychee upload on the backend, letting users do their thing!
